All purchases of virtual currency ("Coins") in Mountie spin:

• Are non-regameplaydable except as required by law
• Grant a license to use virtual items, not ownership
• Have no cash value and are not redeemable for money

2. Subscription Services

For any premium subscription services:

• You may cancel at any time, but no refunds for unused periods
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
• We may offer refunds at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances

3. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made:

• Provide transaction details and proof of purchase
• We will investigate and resolve within 14 business days

4. Technical Issues

For technical problems affecting purchases:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of purchase
• We may restore lost virtual items instead of issuing refunds
• Provide screenshots or other evidence of the issue

5. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under:

• Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
• App Store/Google Play refund policies (for mobile purchases)
• Credit card chargeback rights (for unauthorized transactions)

6. Regameplayd Requests

To request a regameplayd (where applicable):

• with purchase details
• Include receipt/transaction ID and reason for request
• Allow 5-10 business days for processing
